Golden Bears and Pandas student-athletes are perennially among the leaders in Canadian University Sport both athletically and academically.
In order to qualify for Academic All-Canadian status, student-athletes must have a minimum 80% average (3.2 on a 4.0 grading system) with a minimum of 18.0 credits passed during a year in which they used U SPORTS athletic eligibility.
Since the AAC program was initiated in 1991, the Golden Bears and Pandas lead U SPORTS with 3,417 all-time Academic All-Canadians.Â
