Through Account Manager

Step 1: Sign in to your Golden Bears & Pandas Account Manager (https://am.ticketmaster.com/universityofalberta/).



Step 2: Click on “My Events”



Step 3: Click on the event you would like to transfer



Step 4: Click on “Transfer”

Step 5: Select the seats you want to transfer and then click “Transfer”



Step 6: Enter the contact information for the individual you are sending tickets to and click “Transfer.” The transfer recipient will receive an email instructing them to accept the ticket offer. If they do not have a Golden Bears & Pandas Account Manager login, they will need to create one to accept the ticket offer.
