Story Lines:
- Following a strong showing in Winnipeg over the weekend, the Bears and Pandas return home for their second and final home meet of 2025.
- The Golden Bears are ranked #3 in Canada, and earned seven podium finishes in Winnipeg. Tyler Sharpe (1000m), Ryder Rattee (300m), and the 4x200m relay team all placed 1st.
- The Pandas, ranked eighth in Canada, earned six medals in Winnipeg, highlighted by a pair of silver medals from Ethne James (600m, 1000m).
- The Bears have five individuals and two relay teams ranked in the top five nationally, while Panda Rachel Grenke ranks 2nd in the pole vault.

- The winners of 13-straight, the Pandas come off their bye by welcoming the defending national champion UBC Thunderbirds to Saville.
- UBC defeated the Pandas in four sets in the 2024 U SPORTS Final in Hamilton.
- The Pandas are riding their longest win streak since winning 20-straight games in 2016/17.
- This weekend will feature three of the best middles in Canada. Pandas Allie Moore (1.14) and Ronnie Dickson (1.11) rank first and second in Canada West in blocks per set, with Thunderbird Emelie Solovs (1.05) ranking third.
- UBC has won nine-straight vs Alberta, with the Pandas last win coming on November 30, 2019.
